To make suggestions for the APS website please click here.

    • On the Login page click the link next to the question, "Presently a member and would like to enroll?", or click here.
    • Read the requirements and follow through with the sign up procedures.
    • Fill out the 7 step process form and you will receive an e-mail back once your A.P.S. Software Online account is activated. There is no fee involved to signup, it will ask for your credit card information, but that is only for verification purposes.

    • We put together a few videos that might help you understand how the A.P.S. software online works. However, if you have any questions please let us know.

    • You will be using your credit card for any profile amount purchases made on the Online software. This verification process confirms that your card is valid and ensures a quick and smooth signup process.
    • If you have not completed the requirements to use the A.P.S. Software your signup record will be removed. Once requirements have been met, you can re-signup at the same location.
    • Please see requirements in your course material or call 941-388-6868 x2.

    • Please read the agreement carefully, when the agreement is updated users are asked to reread & resign the agreement.

    • Please be sure you are using Internet Explorer.

Two Options:

First

    • Under "Add a New Client," you will see "Counselors Name." Here you will type in the name of the Counselor that you would like listed on that individual report.
    • Second

    • Click the link "Web Configuration" on the Main Interface.
    • Then you will see an option that says, "The Counselors name that is printed on the reports."
    • Type in the name you would like listed on the report (This will override the Counselors name you typed under Add a New Client, but will keep original as default when you remove it).
    • Click save changes.

    • The NCCA/SACC does not take a position on emailing reports to clients. We do not allow counselors to give clinical reports to clients in any shape or form. As stated in the learning material, that we provide, we always recommend face to face counseling. If you do decide to send a report electronically to a client you should have permission from that client.

    • Please submit a support case below:

      Support

    • Click the link "Edit Counselor Info," on the Main Interface.
    • Then scroll down to the credit card information and click the "Change this information" button.
    • Enter information then click "Update."

Three Options:

    • Disable any popup software you have enabled/Allow popups on this webpage.
    • Click and hold "Left Shift," on your keyboard when clicking the report you want to open.
    • Click the link "Web Configuration," on the Main Interface; change the option in the drop down box next to "Report in same window" to "Yes." Then click "Save Changes."

    • Click the link, "Order Reports," enter the last four digits of your credit card number along with the Expiration date, Ex: 0099 (06/07).
    • Check Name On Card and Billing Address Information, then select the amount of reports you want to purchase.
    • Click Submit. The Reports will be added to your current online account profiles.
    • Please Click Here to download the client upload file(36kb). Full (11.2mb).
    • Enter your Login e-mail address and password after you open the file.
    • Wait for it to finish uploading, when it is done it will say "Upload Completed."
    • Login to Software Online, reports will be under "Print Profiles."
    • Please note:

    • -If you have never owned the A.P.S. Software on CD then you do not need to use this file.
    • -This only works with A.P.S. and not T.A.P. software data files.

    • Select one of the following: 'Postal Mail' to have the receipt mailed to you, 'Email' to have it emailed to you, or 'Printer' if you would like to print the receipt out when it is displayed.

    • When you go to open a report it starts up Adobe Acrobat Reader to view it. This is an error received regarding the Adobe Acrobat Reader program itself installed on your computer. Please reinstall Acrobat Reader on your computer following the link below or Click Here.

    • The APS questionnaire is available here. You are permitted to make copies of the APS form only for the purpose of generating an APS report. Never post the questionnaire online. The only exception to this is the client questionnaire we provide in the software online. To learn more on how this works please click here.

    • This program is no longer available.
